Global Maintenance Changes 4/12/17

Let's take a look at the most important updates in todays maintenance.

Esper Damage Buff

Espers are generally pretty useless from a damage perspective. Today however espers that deal damage when evoked are receiving a huge buff.

Non-Stacking Materia Nerfs

Times are a changin' more materia is now becoming non-stackable. Check out the latest non-stacking materia below:

  • Man-Eater
  • Bird-Killer
  • Undead-Killer

Easter Event Pt. 2

There are some new items available for purchase in the egg seekers event shop.

You can now use Rainbow Eggs to purchase the following items:

  • 100x White T5 (Purecryst) [Max:1]
  • 100x Black T5 (Purecryst) [Max:1]
  • 100x Green T5 (Purecryst) [Max:1]
  • 100x Power T5 (Purecryst) [Max:1]
  • 100x Guard T5 (Purecryst) [Max:1]
  • 100x Healing T5 (Purecryst) [Max:1]
  • 100x Support T5 (Purecryst) [Max:1]
  • 100x Tech T5 (Purecryst) [Max:1]

Dark Espers Trial Opens

Dark esper trials beginner (BGN) and intermediate (INT) difficulties are now available.

Here are the missions available for each difficulty:

BGN

  • Complete Quest 30x Lapis
  • Use Fire/Ice Damage 5x Fire Megacryst
  • Use Black Magic 3x Screamroot
  • No Items 5x Sacred Crystal

INT

  • Complete Quest 50x Lapis
  • Use Dark Damage 5x Ice Megacryst
  • Use Green Magic 3x Star Quartz
  • Use Esper 3x Mini Burst Pot

Ability Enhancement Changes

Kuja

Thundaga +2 (Becomes Thundaja)150%(+125%) Base + 125%/Cast (Max:5) instead of 100%/Cast on JP

Roselia

Curaja+2 From: (JP) AoE ~1200 HP Heal w/ 3.4x Mod [10MP] To: AoE ~1600 HP Heal w/ 3.4x Mod [10MP]

Medius

Gun Master +20% ATK w/ Guns+1: +30% ATK w/ Guns+2: +30% ATK w/ Guns & Dual Wield w/ Guns(500k Gil/per | Support | +2 = 1 T5)

Hyper Fire 2-5 RT 80% Phys [16MP]+1: 2-5 RT 100% Phys [16MP]+2: 2-4 RT 150% Phys [20MP](250k Gil/per | Power)
